Here's Matt (L) and Anthony (R), our chefs, preparing for the BBQ dinner for that evening. It might be safe to say that corn on the cob was on the menu.

Before dinner, we had a cocktail hour.

Linda agreed to be a guest bartender since I wouldn't know a mixed drink from mixed doubles at Wimbledon.

Dee, a family member, was there and volunteered to help also.

Here's Dee with her father.

David (our Dietary Manager) did give me a quick lesson in mixology and I did pretty well. Rum and Coke anyone? I can do that one.

Here are two happy customers at the BBQ dinner later that evening.

The dinner was finished off with root beer floats (parve, of course).
